Rendezvous Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (RPC), is a Limited Liability
Company whose sole member is Questar Gas Management Company (QGM.)
Perry H. Richards, Vice-President of Questar Gas Management, is the member Representative.
The following Questar Gas Management Employees Provide services to RPC:
Perry Richards
Vice President and Chief Operations Officer – Is responsible for the overall direction of Rendezvous Pipeline Company, LLC,
in order to achieve the maximum rate of return on invested capital for the
long-term benefit of shareholders. Coordinates
the efforts of senior executives and works with such individuals to develop
current and long-range objectives, policies and procedures.
Jerry Hamilton
General Manager – Provides management oversight and support for marketing, business
development, gas scheduling, contract administration, and monthly settlements.
Rodney Penner
Business Development Representative – Prepares
quantitative business analysis and market studies including economic analysis
in order to determine the economic viability and feasibility of proposed new
capital projects. Prepares competitive
analysis, and other such quantitative studies as assigned. Negotiates with customers to provide competitive
services related to gas transportation activities.

Gas Scheduling Representatives
– Provides assistance to
transportation customers to ensure that nominations and gas scheduling
requirements are communicated to all stakeholders. Ensures that the accurate
and timely recording of such scheduling activities is recorded in the company’s
gas management systems. Works with
front, middle, and back office personnel to ensure that billing-related items
are processed timely and accurately.
Lynn Jay Cossey
Business Coordinator – Assists functional
areas to align information systems with business goals through the appropriate
use of technology and analyze business processes and information systems,
identify business process gaps, and recommend changes. Coordinates the monthly settlement of all gas
transportation activities.
David Brown
Measurement Supervisor – Supervises the
Gas Measurement area to ensure the accurate reporting of measured volumes. Ensures compliance with Rendezvous Pipeline
Company, LLC‘s FERC Gas Tariff as it relates to measurement and gas quality
standards for reporting gas flows.
Kerry Beebe & Margaret Cepeda
Gas
Allocation and Contract Analysts – Assists in the preparation and
processing of settlement information to ensure that the accurate and timely
recording of all transactional data related to contract pricing, gas volume
allocations, imbalance positions, and in-kind fuel and lost-and-unaccounted-for
volumes are appropriately recorded in the company’s gas management
systems.
Jimmy Druce
District Supervisor –Manages individuals or work groups related to transmission
operations and ensures that the stations are moving the correct volumes and
flow modes.
Cris Castillo
Director Commercial Transactions – Is
responsible for coordinating, negotiating, and insuring that RPC’s contractual commitments
are in compliance with corporate policies and stakeholder’s interests. Also assists management in developing company
strategy and implementing its tactical plans.
