Rendezvous Pipeline Company, LLC is owned by Green River Processing LLC. Its sole asset is a 21-mile 20-inch-diameter, FERC-regulated natural gas transmission pipeline. Rendezvous provides gas transportation services from the Blacks Fork processing complex in southwest Wyoming to the Muddy Creek compressor station owned by Kern River Pipeline.
