QEP Field Services owns a majority interest of Rendezvous Gas Services, LLC, a partnership that operates gas-gathering facilities in western Wyoming. Rendezvous gathers natural gas for Pinedale Anticline and Jonah Field producers for delivery to multiple interstate pipelines. Field Services also owns and operates a 21-mile 20-inch-diameter FERC-regulated pipeline between the Blacks Fork gas-processing plants and the Muddy Creek compressor station owned by Kern River Gas Transmission Co.
